Why we did it

Loblaws Photolab, Canada’s leading provider of online photo-finishing services and a member of the Loblaw family of brands, was facing mounting competition from several fronts when they reached out to Kinetix for help.

Several large US retailers had opened Canadian locations offering similar services, and new online competition had entered the market. The company was facing declining revenue and losing its user base. The existing email marketing program was struggling to deliver results in the face of poor deliverability and weak response.

How we did it

The Kinetix team worked to improve PhotoLab.ca’s sender reputation, increasing deliverability and response rates across all campaigns. The email program was revamped:
