PrismTech Graphics was looking for an engaging way to introduce website visitors to the scale and scope of projects they can produce from their 35,000 square foot printing plant in Burnaby, BC.

The Kinetix Media video team produced an introductory web site video that combines a customer-service oriented storyline with stunning visual images that reinforce the sheer size and capability of the PrismTech facility.

Customer-Focused Video Storytelling

“The focus is kept tightly on the customer – what they can expect to experience when they choose PrismTech as their supplier and the very real advantages PrismTech brings to the table, like their unique position as a beta site for many key suppliers,” says Rene Thomas, Kinetix’ Inbound Strategist.

Thanks to tight scripting and skillful editing, the finished video came in at just under two minutes. “The reality is that today’s buyer is busy – we needed to communicate a lot of information in a very short timeline,” says Rene. “We started with a clear understanding of the goals of our buyer personas, and then eliminated anything from the storyline that doesn’t speak directly to how PrismTech helps achieve those objectives.”
